Food Safety Advice

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

Following the recent Food Authority Audit that was held on the 12^th May 2023, a number of issues around the labelling of foods being bought into the Facility by Residents and Family were identified.

We highly encourage you to read The Food Safety Advice brochure which will provide you with information and resources to ensure you are educated on the correct food practices within an Aged Care Facility.

Further education is also being provided to our staff to ensure we are meeting all standards and requirements.

Thank you for partnering with us to ensure that all food served to the Residents is safe for consumption.
