Accreditation Results

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

As you may be aware, the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission attended Buckland recently for a full reaccreditation audit on the 15-17th Feb 2023. Accreditation is a key component of the aged care regulatory environment established by the Aged Care Act 1997.

It seeks to assess the quality and care of services delivered by approved providers against the Quality Standards and contributes to improved safety, quality and continuous improvement of services. 

After much anticipation, we’ve received the reaccreditation results.

On behalf of management, I am thrilled to announce that Buckland has received an outstanding result complying in all 42 outcomes.

We couldn’t have done it without your ongoing support and feedback throughout the past years.

This result is a true reflection of the hard work, dedication and service that our staff in all departments have applied every day to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care to all Buckland residents.
