Dear Relatives, Family and Friends of Buckland,

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission will be conducting an on-site assessment at our facility today. This is a routine process to ensure the highest standards of care and services are being maintained.

There will be four assessors from the Commission present for the entire day. Their primary focus will be to evaluate our compliance and performance, particularly concerning Standard 3, which encompasses Personal Care and Clinical Care, and Standard 4, which pertains to Services and Support for Daily Living. These standards are crucial in ensuring that we provide the best possible care and support to our residents.

We understand the importance of this assessment not only to us as a facility but also to you as relatives and loved ones of our residents. Your insights and experiences with Buckland Aged Care are invaluable, and we encourage you to share them with the commission.

Enclosed with this letter, you will find an information sheet from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. This sheet provides detailed information about the standards and the assessment process.

If you would like to provide any feedback or if you wish to speak with any of the assessors during their visit, please feel free to reach out to us. We are more than willing to facilitate these conversations, as your input is instrumental in our continuous effort to enhance our care and services.

We appreciate your trust in us to care for your loved ones, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of aged care. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Warm Regards,

Johannes Brockhaus
