I am writing to provide you with important updates regarding our facility.

I am pleased to inform you that the lift has now been repaired. A letter regarding this issue was sent out on Tuesday, and I sincerely appreciate your patience while this matter was being addressed.

Secondly, a PIN pad has now been installed on the main doors of the nursing home. This measure has been implemented in response to concerns raised in previous resident and relatives’ meetings. I apologize for the delay in addressing this matter. The access code for the PIN pad is 7772E, which should be used for entry/egress before 6:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.

On the 10th and 17th of February 2025, technicians will be conducting upgrades to the call bell system. On the 10th of February, call bells in DCW will be temporarily offline for three to four hours. The remainder of the facility will undergo updates on the 17th of February 2025. Strategies are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of residents during these times.
