Christmas Day Letter

Dear Relatives and Next of Kin,

As Christmas Day approaches, we wish to share the arrangements we have made to ensure that all our residents and their families can celebrate the holiday in comfort and care.

On Christmas Day, we have designated several areas where family members are welcome to spend time with their loved ones outside of their rooms. These spaces include:

• The Nursing Home main lounge.
• The outdoor patio area closest to the Nursing Home reception.
• The rooftop area.

We kindly request that everyone respects these shared spaces to help maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all.

Please note that, due to the popularity of this time, we will not be accepting bookings for these areas. However, we will ensure that they are available for use throughout the Christmas and Boxing Day period to accommodate everyone as best as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us make this holiday season as special as possible for our residents and their families.
