Clinical Team Restructure

Dear Consumers, Staff and Families,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change within our Clinical Team of the Residential Care Facility.

As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our clinical leadership and supporting the best possible care outcomes, Michael Perez will transition back into the Clinical Lead role, a position he knows well and has previously demonstrated strong leadership in. We would like to sincerely thank Michael for his dedication, hard work and contributions during his time as Care Manager.

We are also pleased to announce that Hannah Devenport will be returning as Care Manager. Hannah will formally resume her position from Monday, 5th May.

We are excited to welcome her back into the team, bringing her experience and commitment to supporting our staff and ensuring the highest standard of care for our consumers.

We are confident that these changes will further strengthen our support, care, and services as we move into the new Strengthened Standards and enhance our leadership team.
