Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

Buckland Aged Care Services is firm in its commitment to providing a positive and safe work environment for all employees, as well as a safe and happy environment for our residents.

Following a recent incident involving an employee who was subjected to verbal abuse from a visitor, we want to make it clear that Buckland Aged Care Services enforces a strict Code of Conduct. This Code mandates that everyone—staff, residents, and visitors—must be treated with mutual and equal respect at all times.

Our staff at Buckland work tirelessly to meet the care needs of those that can’t help themselves. Both our staff and residents deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse directed at our residents or employees.
