Subject: Contractor Work – Replacement of Soap and Hand Sanitiser Dispensers

Dear Residents, Families, and Staff,

I am writing to inform you that starting Monday, 31 March, contractors will be on site at Buckland Aged Care Facility to carry out a scheduled upgrade of all soap and alcohol-based hand sanitiser dispensers across the facility.

This work is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and well-equipped environment for everyone at Buckland.

What to Expect:

• The contractors will be on site for a period of up to two weeks.
• The replacement of dispensers will include entry into resident rooms, common areas, and staff workspaces.
• All works will be conducted with minimal disruption to residents and staff.

Resident Safety and Privacy:

We understand the importance of privacy and safety, particularly when external contractors are required to enter resident rooms.

Please be assured that:

• All mandated checks and clearances have been completed prior to the contractors commencing work.
• Contractors will be accompanied by Buckland staff where necessary.
• We will communicate with residents in advance before entering rooms.
