Covid Exposure

Dear Residents, Relatives, Staff and Stake Holders,

We would like to provide you with an update as we have covid exposure in the facility as of 15/12/25.

At present, we have:

One resident in MRW who has tested positive.for covid . Resident has been stable and recovering well.

As a precaution, and in line with infection control measures,

· We kindly encourage all residents to wear a surgical mask and all visitors to wear a surgical mask and complete RAT testing upon arriving. N95 masks are available at reception on request for visitors who prefer to use them.

· All staff are required to wear N95 masks whilst in facility as well as 2nd daily RAT testing upon arrival. Full PPE including face shield is to be worn when attending isolated residents.

We will conduct activities and exercise classes in MRW as normal; however, we encourage residents to observe social practicing  where possible.

Meal service will continue as normal, and the affected residents will be encouraged to remain in their room with tray service.

Cleaning remains at 2 step cleaning process including high touch areas and have strategically placed Hepa filters in affected sections of the facility.
