Hot Water Supply Interuption

Dear Residents, Relatives and Staff,
 

I am writing to inform you of a possible water restriction within the facility, following a burst pipe that occurred at approximately 4:00 PM this afternoon.

As the situation is currently being investigated by a plumber, please be advised that the hot water supply may need to be temporarily turned off. While we are hopeful that the issue will be resolved by this evening, there is a possibility that the disruption may extend into tomorrow morning.

In the interim, we have made additional wipes and basins available to assist with personal care needs. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.

Should you require further clarification or assistance, please speak with the Registered Nurse on duty.
