Influenza Outbreak

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

Please be advised that we currently we have an influenza outbreak on our Matron Rothery Wing (South Wing). As at the 30/06/2023 we have two residents who have tested positive.

We ask that if any visitors are feeling unwell that they wait until they are feeling better before visiting. To ensure we mitigate the risk of further spread, please continue with strict hand hygiene and N95 mask wearing which can be provided at the front entrance of the Nursing Home. All visitors must continue to enter the facility via the main entry at reception to allow us to monitor that visitors have completed the Rapid Antigen Testing and screening requirements.
