Subject: Update on Lift Repairs
Dear Residents and Families,
I sincerely apologise for the ongoing inconvenience caused by the lift being out of service. I understand that this has been frustrating and disruptive for many of you, and I appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this issue.
We had been hopeful that the repairs would be completed sooner, which is why we have not sent an update until now. However, after continued follow-ups with the contractor, we have been advised that the lift should be operational by tomorrow afternoon.
I deeply regret any difficulties this has caused, and I appreciate the resilience and cooperation of our residents, families, and staff during this period. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure the lift is back in working order as soon as possible.
I will provide a further update tomorrow once we have confirmation of the repairs being completed. In the meantime, if you have any concerns or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
