Outbreak Closure

Dear Residents and Relatives,

We are pleased to inform you that there are currently no active cases of respiratory viruses within our facility, and no residents are in isolation. As a result, we are officially closing the recent outbreak.

However, please note that there is a high level of influenza activity in the wider community, and as part of our ongoing commitment to resident safety and wellbeing, we will continue to implement the following infection prevention and control measures:

·         All visitors are encouraged to wear a surgical mask while inside the facility.

·         Please defer your visit if you are feeling unwell or have any flu-like symptoms.

·         Good hand hygiene and cough etiquette continue to be strongly encouraged.
