RAT Testing

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

Recent figures show that community transmission of Covid-19 has decreased significantly. With that being said, as of Tuesday 1st August 2023 visitors will no longer need to complete a RAT Test prior to entering the nursing home. Buckland Staff will be required to continue a RAT Test every 3 days or if symptomatic.

However, we will continue our procedure of wearing a mask whilst in the nursing home but we will be downgrading the mask policy to just a surgical mask now instead of the KN95 Masks. We still recommend social distancing to protect yourselves and our loved ones.
