Dear Residents and Families,

This is a friendly reminder about the dedicated mobile phone numbers available for direct communication with our Care Managers during business hours.

As previously advised:

• Michael Perez – Care Manager for Donald Coburn Wing (DCW) and Liz Roberts Wing (LRW)

Please continue to use these numbers for important or urgent matters during business hours. For any concerns after hours, kindly contact the Registered Nurses via the unit numbers highlighted in yellow in the directory.
