Resident Experience Survey

Dear Residents, Families, and Staff,

We have received confirmation that Health Consult, on behalf of the Australian Government, will be visiting Buckland on Thursday, 18 September 2025 to conduct the Residents’ Experience Survey.

On the day, the team will select 30 residents at random and invite them to participate. Participation is entirely voluntary – if a resident chooses not to take part, they do not have to.

The purpose of this survey is to hear directly from residents about their experiences living at Buckland. It provides valuable feedback to help us improve services, supports transparency, and contributes to meeting the national Aged Care Quality Standards.
