Soap Dispensers

Dear Residents, Relatives and Staff,

We wish to inform you that beginning Tuesday, 29th April, the facility’s soap dispensers in resident rooms, common areas, and other locations will be replaced as part of our ongoing commitment to hygiene and quality improvements.

The replacement schedule is as follows:

• From Tuesday, 29th April: Dispensers will be changed on the upper floor, starting with TBW, MRW, and the upper levels of LRW. Which will take up to 2 days to complete.
• From Thursday, 1st May: Work will continue on the lower level of DCW, as well as the lower LRW studio rooms and common areas. Which also may take up to 2 days to complete.

We aim to complete this transition with minimal disruption to your daily routine.

We would also like to advise you that all visitors and staff will no longer be required to wear a surgical mask whilst in the facility.
