Important Update: Thickened Fluids Supply

We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the supply of pre-made thickened fluids.

Our current supplier is experiencing supply challenges, and several of our recent orders are currently on back order. To minimise any impact on residents, we are actively reviewing alternate suppliers and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, thickened fluids will be prepared in bulk on site to ensure that stock always remains available. Staff have been advised of this arrangement and will be informed of where stock is stored so it can be accessed promptly whenever required.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate you’re understanding and support while we work through these temporary supply challenges.
