Covid-19 Update

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

We are pleased to announce that Covid-19 cases within the community have decreased and we have had no positive cases within the nursing home of late.

With this being said, staff and visitors will no longer be required to complete a Rapid Antigen Test prior to entering the facility and the entrance at DCW will now be opened. However, we will still enforce the need to wear a surgical mask at all times and to complete the temperature and health screening to minimise the potential spread of Covid-19 and other viruses still circulating in the community.

We would like to thank all staff and visitors for your co-operation over the months with our strict infection control measures. Please continue to practice good hygiene by regularly washing your hands and sanitizing to help keep our residents and staff safe.
