Covid-19 Update

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

We are pleased to announce that as of today, Thursday the 20th of June the Covid-19 Outbreak within the nursing home is now closed. 

 We would like to thank you all for your efforts, vigilance and compliance which has assisted in mitigating the spread throughout the facility.

The latest NSW Health update has advised that respiratory viruses remain high to moderate within the community. Due to the community-based transmission rates we ask that N95 masks are continued to be worn whilst in the facility.

We ask that all visitors, staff and contractors continue to complete the health screening and 3rd daily rapid antigen testing (RAT) upon entry to the facility.

Please continue to regularly wash your hands and make use of the hand sanitizer readily available throughout the facility.

A friendly reminder that if you are feeling unwell or have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and do not enter the facility.
