Covid-19 Update

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

We are pleased to advise that we have still not had any positive Covid-19 cases since our last outbreak however, we currently have one resident that is positive with Rhinovirus.

Due to high transmission within the community for respiratory viruses of late we ask that all visitors and staff still remain wearing P2 masks whilst in the nursing home and continue to complete a Rapid Antigen Test prior to entering the facility. Please also complete your temperature check upon entry.

The mask wearing will be reviewed weekly upon review of the NSW Health Community Respiratory Surveillance.

Please also remember to wash your hands regularly, especially after eating, make use of the hand sanitizers throughout the facility and social distance where possible to help keep our residents and staff safe.
