Virus Update

Dear Residents, Relatives, Employees and Friends of Buckland,

We would like to inform you that we have a resident that has tested positive to Rhinovirus whom is currently in isolation and also currently have three other residents presenting symptoms that are awaiting PCR results.

As a precaution and to minimise the risk of spread and to help keep our residents and staff safe, all visitors and staff must continue to wear a surgical mask whilst in the facility at all times.

We strongly encourage all staff and visitors not to enter the facility if they are feeling unwell or have any cold and flu symptoms as influenza and other respiratory virus transmission remains high in the community.

Please continue to wash your hands regularly especially after eating meals and make use of the sanitizer we have available throughout the facility.
