New Servery Construction

Dear Relatives & Friends of Buckland,

We would like to inform you that starting from Monday 20th November, refurbishment of the Lower studio servery and construction and refurbishment of the TBW and MRW wing serveries will commence. 

As per previous correspondence these refurbishments and constructions of serveries will allow for an improved dining experience. The combination of the food and drinks provided, the service and the atmosphere impacts on a resident’s quality of life and wellbeing.

These renovations will not impact any of our Residents and they should take roughly 2-3 weeks to complete. Once they are completed staff will then be serving meals directly from serveries into the dining rooms. Tray service will still be available as per preference. The Burlodge trolleys will be phased out of use.
