Refurbishment Update

Dear Relatives and Friends of Buckland,

We are pleased to inform you that Buckland is moving into the final finishings of the current stage of refurbishment.

The administration team will be in contact with residents and relatives that will be impacted by the completion of the current stage over the next two days, to discuss logistics and preferred room choices.

Residents that relocated for the duration of the current construction stage will have the option to either stay in their temporary room or to relocate into their original room.

Residents that will be impacted by the upcoming stage will be offered a temporary room which they may choose to stay in permanently post completion of the final stage. The final stage is set for completion by May 2023.

We are very excited to welcome you and your loved ones into the new area and anticipate to have the occupation certificate by 28th February, pending council approval. We will keep you informed of any changes and updates as they occur.
